That’s a lot of hats to wear and I’m sure you are like me and you have to juggle a multitude of balls to keep everyone happy.

I work with clients from all backgrounds with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma (from all stages of life), toxic relationships, low self-esteem and bereavement including pregnancy and infant loss. I can also offer support through other life changing experiences such as relationship breakdowns, job loss, illness and disability.
